Description & Requirements
If you’re looking for a role where your accounting skills are seen, supported, and stretched – this is it. At Accountably, our Senior Accounts Executives don’t just process entries. They’re the backbone of day-to-day operations for U.S. CPA firms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
At Accountably, precision isn’t a bonus – it’s the baseline. We value clear communication, full ownership, and the drive to constantly improve. You’ll be part of a team where your voice matters and your work directly contributes to building trust with U.S. accounting clients.
In this role, you’ll handle essential accounting processes for U.S.-based businesses. From reconciliations and payroll entries to creating financial reports, you’ll manage the details that keep clients confident and compliant.
You will:
- Process accounts receivable and payable transactions
- Perform general ledger reconciliations (cash, prepaid, fixed assets)
- Assist with monthly financials and audit preparations
- Create ad-hoc reports and compile tax documents
- Manage budgeting and forecasting inputs
- Prepare reports using QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, and Sage
- Communicate with U.S. teams on accounting clarifications and tasks
You’ll succeed if you have:
- 2+ years of U.S. accounting experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in cloud-based accounting software
- A commitment to accuracy and on-time delivery
This is a client-impact role with real room for growth – especially if you’re ready to level up into a team lead or senior associate role in the near future.
We’re not looking for perfect – we’re looking for people who care and think creatively.
