As a Senior Manager in US Accounting, you’ll be the strategic and operational lead for multiple U.S.-based accounting clients. From overseeing your team’s month-end closings to driving financial reporting standards and managing key relationships, this role is as much about leadership as it is about execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and reviewing the work of senior and staff accountants
- Leading client communication, financial reporting, and analysis
- Overseeing delivery timelines, quality control, and escalation protocols
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements
- Coaching your team on best practices, US GAAP compliance, and client handling
- Contributing to resource planning and process optimization
Who this role is for:
- 12–15 years of experience in accounting or audit, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) preferred
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar U.S. accounting platforms
- Prior exposure to working with U.S. clients or CPA firms
- Strong project management and team-building capabilities
